I grew up in South Georgia, where healthy food wasn’t easy to find. That challenge sparked my passion for holistic nutrition and cooking. Thanks to my parents, my sisters and I were raised with a deep appreciation for real, seasonal food, often experimenting in the kitchen with soulful recipes.
After high school, I became a certified Holistic Nutritionist through Bauman College and gained experience working in wellness cafes. Wanting to deepen my skills, I earned a certification in Health Supportive Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education in Los Angeles. There, I explored food as medicine through Ayurvedic, macrobiotic, and paleo cooking.
Today, I’m proud to work as a Wellness Chef and Holistic Nutritionist—guiding others toward balance and well-being through vibrant, nourishing meals rooted in local, seasonal ingredients. Now based in Aspen, CO, I’m excited to discover the region’s unique bounty and bring it to the table.
